About Us

Enhanced Staffing, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Geoff Eckert and his his wife of 17 years, Christie Eckert. Geoff Eckert (Bachelor of Arts – Communication Studies, California State University, Sacramento) a staffing professional who has worked for over 20 years as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, Sr. Account Executive and as the Northwest Energy Divisional Practice Lead for the largest Staffing Firm in the United States and the 4th largest in the world. Christie Eckert, with a background in medical device sales and customer service, manages the operations while Geoff focuses on growing Enhanced Staffing’s sales and recruiting.
With a diverse recruiting and sales background, Geoff has experience supporting contract engineering services for the Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronics and Medical Device industries. Geoff has also supported staffing within the Energy Industry, and through building long-term relationships within the Power Engineering and Renewable Energy sector, has staffed some of the largest engineering & solar projects in CA. This diverse experience has helped Enhanced Staffing gain the knowledge and skills it takes to fill positions from an Embedded Software Engineer for an Electronics firm, a Sr. Business Analyst to support a Government Healthcare IT project, to a “bags on” Superintendent running a construction project for an EPC company.
